Ruins of Time is a place where ancient civilization used to take place, but a disasterous fire took grasp of the land and smoldered it with hot flames. Nothing much goes on here until there is no moon in the sky, which is when the lead stallion and mare (if there is a lead mare) meet and discuss further issues.
